哈曼集团发布公告称，现任总裁兼首席执行官迈克尔・毛瑟（Michael Mauser）将于本月底离职，董事会已推选哈曼汽车事业部总裁克里斯蒂安・索博特卡（Christian Sobottka）出任新任总裁兼首席执行官。
哈曼集团是一家总部位于美国的专业音频产品企业，旗下拥有 JBL、Harman/Kardon 等多个知名音响品牌，并于 2017 年被三星电子全资收购。
在迈克尔・毛瑟的领导下，哈曼集团业绩斐然。过去三年疫情期间，集团营业额与利润均创下历史新高，增长主要得益于汽车业务板块。新能源车智能座舱的兴起，大幅提升了对屏幕和喇叭的需求。作为奔驰、宝马等整车厂的战略合作伙伴，哈曼集团收获了大量新订单。
2024 年，哈曼集团营业额突破 1000 亿元人民币。其中，汽车业务占比超六成，消费类音箱、耳机业务占比超两成，专业音频业务，涵盖剧院剧场、广电、电影、商业及文旅等领域，占比约一成。
新任首席执行官来自汽车业务部门，这预示着未来哈曼集团将把业务重点聚焦于新能源、机器人等新兴应用场景。俗话说 “新官上任三把火”，后续亚太区和中国区是否会有相应人事调整，值得我们持续关注。
